Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All products are shipped from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 business days within the Netherlands and 3 to 7 days in Europe. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. In some cases, we offer free shipping above a certain order amount—this will be clearly stated during promotions or at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, we are always happy to assist in locating your parcel.
